Cefe - A new approach to business management training method

There are many different ways to measure the economic development of a country, such as: Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Gross Domestic Product Per Capita (GDP per capita), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ... Nowadays, a new way of measuring is to count the number of companies that form and develop in a nation in order to assess its economic power. The aforementioned approach is based on a new concept that first appeared, introduced and implemented in Nepal and then spread throughout 80 countries in Asia Pacific, Latin America, Africa and Europe. This new concept is abbreviated as CEFE (Competency based Economies through Formation of Enterprises). CEFE, at the same time, is a comprehensive set of training instruments using an action-oriented approach and experiential learning methods to develop and enhance the business management and personal competencies of a wide range of target groups, mostly in the context of income and employment generation and economic development
